In the UK, there are more than 1.5 million disabled children and young people, and 4.3 million children living in poverty. Variety provides practical support that makes an immediate difference to children and young people under the age of 19.

The day-to-day operation of Variety is led by our heads of department, all of whom have strategic and functional responsibilities. In some cases, these are shared with active working committees with delegated responsibilities and powers. The senior team is led by Laurence Guinness, our Chief Executive, who is responsible for the strategic development and leadership of Variety and who reports to the Chair and Board of Trustees.

Variety Golf is a group of charity-minded golfers who enjoy playing competitive golf whilst raising funds to provide schools and other organisations with Variety Sunshine Coaches.
