Mud Monsters Run began in 2014 and has seen thousands of muddy runners cross the finish line since then, all with one thing in common…a big muddy smile!

Whether you choose to do the 7km or 14km distance you can be certain you will have a brilliant day out.

They are based in East Grinstead, just 20 minutes from the M25 J6, so you will go on an adventure through the West Sussex countryside with many muddy obstacles on the way.
