Led by the ever-enthusiastic Minister David Burt, the event was packed with music, community spirit, and plenty of Christmas magic. The Minister had the children singing, clapping, and joining in with loads of actions, filling the Abbey with laughter and joy.

The choir from Kirklandneuk Primary School in Renfrew were fantastic, leading the singing with confidence. They even teamed up with Variety Scotland Chair, Gordon Smith, who led a wonderful performance of the John Lennon classic Merry Christmas (War Is Over).

Being joined by STV News was the icing on the (Christmas) cake! The children were so excited to see the cameras, and several of them were interviewed for this feature which wrapped up the STV News on Tuesday evening.
