Santa pays some children a special visit!
The festive event on the last day of term was organised by Variety Wessex, the regional branch of Variety the Children’s Charity.
The morning event, on the last day of term, was very was much enjoyed by both the excited children and all the staff. Father Christmas spoke to every child and gave them each a special Christmas gift. The party package was presented by Little Gizmo’s Entertainment.
Santa’s helpers, elves called Giggles and Dizzy, were great fun and made sure that children who were waiting to meet Santa were suitably entertained.
Tanya Shenton, parent support worker at the school said:
“A big thank you to Variety. We feel very blessed to have this wonderful Christmas event to end the term.”
Frances Cornelius, chair of Variety Wessex, said:
“Thank you Little Gizmos for giving these children such a wonderful Christmas experience and a big thank you to our generous donors, the BC Club, who give so generously so that we can support our local children.”
