The PROPS Awards 2025 shortlist announced

The PROPS Awards is a standout event in the UK property industry’s calendar, recognising and celebrating individuals and companies that have excelled in the sector while raising vital funds for the children and young people supported by Variety, the Children’s Charity.
This year marks the 33rd edition of the PROPS Awards, taking place on Thursday 15 May 2025, at JW Marriott Grosvenor House, London. Awards will be presented across 15 categories, celebrating the achievements of leading developers, investors, agents, lenders, and rising stars in the industry.
Among the highly anticipated categories is Developer of the Year, which recognises companies that have delivered groundbreaking initiatives with a clear strategic vision. The Residential Agent of the Year and Commercial Agent of the Year awards will honour those who have made a significant impact in the UK’s competitive property market.
Individual accolades will also be awarded, including Entrepreneur of the Year, which celebrates individuals who have founded and led successful businesses in the sector, and Young Property Person of the Year, recognising the industry’s rising stars.
Since its inception in 1992, the PROPS Awards has raised millions for Variety, the Children’s Charity. These vital funds help provide specialist equipment, accessible transport, and life-enhancing experiences for disabled and disadvantaged children across the UK.
This year’s winners will be revealed at the PROPS Awards Lunch on Thursday 15 May 2025, from 11:45 am at JW Marriott Grosvenor House, London, W1K 7TN.
Chair of The PROPS, Candice Sammeroff says:
