On Wednesday 8th June, Variety offices around the UK organised a collective celebration in Scotland, North East, North West, Yorkshire, Midlands, South West, Wessex and London. Thousands of children were entertained as part of our ‘Variety Great Days Out’ 50 years celebration.

Children across the country gathered for fun and laughter while being entertained with various activities such as a boat cruise, a sports day, football club party, disney party and various picnics which included magicians, clowns, balloon makers, face painters and fun filled discos.

A very big thank you to all the sponsors across the UK who donated to such a fun event and also to the volunteers, committee members and everyone who put in their time to ensure the children had a memorable day.
