Held at the Crowne Plaza in Glasgow, the event brought festive joy to 160 disabled children from schools across the city. From dancing to Christmas gifts, magicians, and a visit from Santa and friends, the event was packed with magic and laughter.

A heartfelt thanks to volunteers David McBride, Andrew Horne and Stevie Grimes from the Variety Scotland ‘Great Days Out’ team, and to DJ Josie Smith and the rest of the volunteers who supported the event.

The party was made possible thanks to the generosity of the Society of Personnel and Development Scotland, the staff at Buchanan Orthotics, and attendees at the Variety Scotland Annual Ball. Their support ensured every child experienced a day to remember.

Gifts from the ball have also been distributed to local groups supporting disadvantaged children who might not otherwise receive a gift on Christmas day.
