Alice joined Variety in November 2023 as the Programmes Support Officer. Alice works across all of Variety’s programmes to ensure they are delivered to the highest standard. Working with the Head of Programmes, she is responsible for a number of development projects, including impact monitoring and the review of existing policies, procedures and operations.

Alice has a background in sociology, education and policy, as well as project management and administration.
