Kim has extensive leadership and management experience, spanning more than 25 years, across sectors. These roles include: Charity Director, Public Sector Policy Manager, Head of Programmes and Operations Manager.

In addition, Kim has dedicated several years to her roles as a Governor, Chair and Trustee in charities, schools and statutory bodies and is a champion of volunteering and active citizenship.

With a passion for impacting change through policy shaping and strategic development initiatives, Kim utilises collaborative and design thinking methods to develop, initiate & implement strategic change initiatives; and has achieved major impact for individuals, organisations & communities in some of the hardest hit communities in the UK.
